Processing & delivery

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to the email on your order. If you haven't received it within 15 business days, email admin@powerguardhq.com.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery to admin@powerguardhq.com and we'll send a replacement.
