Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order — you'll receive a full refund if we do.
Shipping
PowerGuard cases are CNC-machined to order. US orders typically deliver in 2–3 weeks; international timing varies. See our shipping page for details.
Returns & warranty
Every PowerGuard case is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 6-month replacement warranty. See our returns policy for the full terms.
Intellectual property
All content on powerguardhq.com — including the PowerGuard name, logo, IsoFrame technology and product designs — is the property of PowerGuard LLC and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law.
Limitation of liability
PowerGuard cases are protective accessories, not indestructible safes. We are not liable for damage to graded cards, slabs or other property. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the state of registration of PowerGuard LLC.
