These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of powerguardhq.com and any purchases you make from PowerGuard ("PowerGuard").

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order — you'll receive a full refund if we do.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to entering production. Once an order has entered production, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as materials and manufacturing resources may have already been allocated to the order.

Shipping

PowerGuard cases are CNC-machined to order and ship within 5 business days. US orders typically deliver in 2–3 weeks. We currently ship within the United States only. See our shipping page for details.

Returns & warranty

Every PowerGuard case is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month replacement warranty. See our returns policy for the full terms.

Intellectual property

All content on powerguardhq.com — including the PowerGuard name, logo, IsoFrame technology and product designs — is the property of PowerGuard and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law.

Limitation of liability

PowerGuard cases are protective accessories, not indestructible safes. We are not liable for damage to graded cards, slabs or other property. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the state in which PowerGuard operates.
